Orders & Shipping

Q: Where do your goodies ship from?
A: We pack and ship everything straight from our little Rocky Paper Scissors Co. HQ in NYC🗽🚕🍎

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: As of right now we are only shipping domestically in the US. We are currently looking into shipping internationally to as many countries as we can and we will make an announcement once everything is finalized and ready 🌍✈️

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: We’re quick hands with scissors! Orders usually ship within 1–7 business days. Once it’s on the way, you’ll get a tracking email so you can stalk your mail like a pro. 💌📬

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout so no surprises, just pure math 🧮

Stickers & Stuff

Q: What are your stickers made of?
A: Magical matte vinyl dreams. 💫 Okay, technically: durable, long-lasting, waterproof, and dishwasher safe soft and subtle matte finish vinyl that’s ready for your journals, laptops, water bottles, and more. The matte finish is smooth and non-glossy finish. The stickers are also produced with GreenGuard eco friendly inks making them a friend to the environment.

Q: Are your stickers reusable?
A: They’re pretty sticky (in a good way). Technically you might be able to peel and re-stick them once or twice depending on what you stick them on initially, but they’re happiest when they commit to one surface forever. ❤️

Payments & Returns

Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept mostly all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Klarna.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Once you have placed an order and paid it is FINAL SALE and we are unable to make any changes. The only exception we will make is if an incorrect address has been inputted, please notify us within the first 5 hours you’ve placed your order and include your order number, name, and correct mailing address details to raquel@rockypaperscissorsco.com

Q: If your order has shipped and is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address:

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be resent once the item has been returned to us and the customer repays for shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer and we are unable to contact the customer, the item(s) will be held for 30 days. If no response or reshipment payment is received within that time, the order will be considered abandoned, and no further action will be taken.

Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping costs.

Custom & Wholesale

Q: Can you make custom stickers for me?
A: Honestly this question makes us so happy, but right now we are not taking custom orders, with that said I am always open to creating stickers that are heavily requested 🫶🏼

Q: Do you do bulk orders?
A: You bet. Whether it’s for your business, an event, or just a sticker-obsessed squad, we offer wholesale and bulk discounts. Email us for the scoop.
