3. Pricing & Payments

  • Cancel orders due to pricing or listing errors

Accepted payment methods are processed securely through Squarespace’s third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment information.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is considered accepted only once payment is processed and the order has been confirmed or shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Unauthorized transactions

  • Inventory limitations

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier.

6. All Sales Final / No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review all product descriptions and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions:
We will only replace or refund items if they arrive defective or if you receive the incorrect item. In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide proof of the issue (such as photos).

We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet these criteria.
